These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SnapFlow Recorder Android application (the “App”) and this website. The App is provided by ISHIP DEV, registered in the Republic of Moldova under registration number 1025600057198 (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

Lawful recording only. SnapFlow Recorder records the screen of the device it is installed on, and microphone or camera only when you turn those options on. You are responsible for having the right to record that content, including other people’s voices, faces, and copyrighted material.

1. The App

SnapFlow Recorder is a screen recorder. Depending on the mode you select, it can:

• Record the device screen as video, with resolution, frame rate, bitrate, and codec settings you choose (including H.264 and H.265).
• Record audio from the app, the microphone, an external microphone, or a combination, or record with no audio.
• Add an optional front-camera picture on top of the screen recording.
• Save timed screenshots and short GIFs.
• Store captures on the device and, if you connect an account, upload them to your Google Drive or Dropbox.
• Show a floating control so you can check or stop a recording, and optionally silence other apps’ notifications during capture.

The App is for Android devices distributed through Google Play. It is not offered for iOS.

2. Who may use it

• You must be old enough to agree to a contract in your country, and at least 18 if you are buying the App.
• You may install the App on devices you own or are allowed to use.
• If you record another person — their voice, their face, or a private conversation — you must have any consent the law in your location requires.
• Do not use the App to stalk, harass, secretly record someone, or capture a device you are not allowed to record.

3. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App from Google Play for your own recording. You may not copy the App for resale, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or remove notices in the software. The App, its name, and its design remain our property. “SnapFlow Recorder” is used as the product name of ISHIP DEV.

You keep the rights you already have in the videos, screenshots, and GIFs you create. We do not claim ownership of your recordings.

4. Purchase on Google Play

You can install the App for free from Google Play. Pro is an optional subscription. If you pay monthly, the price is $5 USD per month. If you pay for a whole year, the price is $4 USD per month, charged as one payment of $48 USD, and the subscription lasts one year. Google Ireland Limited, Google LLC, or the Google entity named on the store page charges the subscription. The price, currency, and tax shown on Google Play before you confirm are the ones that apply. We do not take card numbers on this website, and we do not issue a separate activation code. Google Play’s terms apply to the purchase, billing, and the refund window. Our Refund Policy explains how that works with this App. Family Library, gifting, and regional availability are controlled by Google Play, not by this website.

5. Your recordings and cloud accounts

• Captures are stored on the device until you delete them or an upload setting removes the local copy after a successful backup.
• Google Drive and Dropbox connections are optional. If you connect one, you authorize that service to receive the files the App uploads. Their terms and privacy policies govern those accounts.
• We do not receive a copy of your recordings on our servers when you save locally or upload to your own Drive or Dropbox.
• You are responsible for having enough storage on the phone and in the cloud account, and for securing that account.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Record people, calls, or places where recording is illegal or where required consent is missing.
• Record copyrighted films, broadcasts, music, or apps in a way that infringes the rights holder.
• Use the App to collect passwords, payment card numbers, or other secrets from someone else’s screen.
• Interfere with the App, Google Play, or another person’s device.
• Present the App as a hidden monitoring or spying tool. It is a screen recorder that you start and stop.

7. Permissions

Android will ask for the permissions the feature needs, such as screen capture, storage, microphone, camera, or Do Not Disturb access if you silence notifications while recording. You can refuse a permission; the related feature will not work. The App cannot record the screen without the system capture consent Android shows you.

8. Availability and updates

Features, quality options, and cloud connections can change in later versions published on Google Play. Updates are delivered by Google Play. A future Android release may limit screen capture, internal audio, or background recording. We do not promise that every setting will work on every phone, or that a recording will be free of dropped frames.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP AND THIS WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED RECORDING, A PARTICULAR FILE SIZE, OR THAT GOOGLE DRIVE OR DROPBOX WILL ACCEPT EVERY UPLOAD.

10. Liability

TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, ISHIP DEV IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST RECORDINGS, LOST PROFITS, OR CLAIMS ARISING FROM CONTENT YOU RECORD. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP ON GOOGLE PLAY IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER THE LAW OF YOUR COUNTRY, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR FRAUD OR FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE WHERE SUCH A LIMIT IS NOT ALLOWED.

11. Your responsibility for recordings

You will cover claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs brought against us because of content you record, a law you break while using the App, or a person you record without a right to do so.

12. Website

This website describes the App and links to Google Play. Until the Play listing is live, the download button may open a Google Play search for the App name rather than a specific product page. We may change the site text as the App changes. The site does not itself sell or deliver the App.

13. Ending use

You can stop using the App by uninstalling it from Android settings. Uninstalling does not delete files already saved in your gallery, a folder you chose, Google Drive, or Dropbox. We may stop offering the App on Google Play. Sections that by their nature should continue (license limits, recordings, disclaimers, liability, and governing law) stay in effect.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, except where consumer law in your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived. Courts in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, have jurisdiction, without taking away any right you have to bring a claim in the courts of your home country when consumer law requires that.

Google Play purchases are also subject to Google’s terms and to the dispute process Google provides for store transactions.
